VMAU spray nozzles allow independent control of the liquid, atomizing air and fan air pressures, allowing fine tuning of spray capacity, droplet size and spray patterns. Liquid flow rates can be increased or decreased to change the amount of liquid sprayed. Atomizing air can be adjusted to affect atomization without affecting the liquid flow rate. Fan air can be changed to produce either a round or flat spray pattern. VMAU automatic nozzles provide a very uniform spray distribution and a wide choice of spray set-ups. Other VMAU nozzle attributes include a patented modular body and threadless fluid tip design, a wide choice of spray set-up configurations and a wide choice of material options including FDA-compliant materials. The nozzle body is available in brass, beryllium-copper, or stainless steel, with Delrin nozzle seals rated up to 1500 PSI (105 Bar).
